What is included in the standard warranty for TANGZU earphones?
All TANGZU In-Ear Monitors (IEMs) come with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Accessories such as cables and ear tips are covered for 3 months from the date of purchase.
How long does international shipping take?
Standard international shipping typically takes 7-15 business days depending on your location. Express shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery within 3-5 business days.
Are TANGZU products compatible with all smartphones?
Our earphones use a standard 3.5mm jack or a 0.78mm 2-pin detachable cable system. While they work with any device having an audio jack, newer smartphones may require a USB-C or Lightning DAC dongle.
What is your return policy for audio equipment?
We offer a 14-day return window for unopened products. Due to hygiene reasons, used in-ear monitors can only be returned if they are found to be functionally defective upon arrival.
Do I need an amplifier to drive TANGZU IEMs?
Most of our models, like the Wan'er S.G, are designed with low impedance and high sensitivity, meaning they can be easily driven by a smartphone. However, our planar magnetic models benefit significantly from a dedicated amplifier.

Every genuine TANGZU product box features a scratch-off security label with a unique serial number. You can verify this code on our official website to ensure your product is authentic.
